Shipping policy
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment.
At trayo, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you are. Our mission every day is to deliver to customers across UAE and make sure that you deserve the most quality levels of responsiveness at any time.
Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders over 150 AED in the UAE. Orders under 150 AED have a flat shipping fee of 10 AED.
Order Acceptance & Pricing
Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. In order to avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product.
We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if an item is mispriced, and will notify you of such cancellation.
Handling, Transit & Order Cut-off Time (UAE)
- Handling time: 1 Business Day (Monday to Saturday)
- Transit time: 1-2 Business Days (Monday to Saturday)
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time, GMT+04:00)
- All orders ship the same day if placed before 2:00 PM GST.
Order Confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation email after your order is placed containing your order number and receipt. Your order will typically ship within 1 business day (not including holidays).
If you don't receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or email support@trayo.ae with the subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received".
Order Status
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. If you haven't received an email after 7 business days, please contact support@trayo.ae.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Trayo is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
Undeliverable Orders
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to the shipping facility and customers will be contacted for further instructions.
