Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unopened in original packaging or have never been used.

To start a return, contact us at support@trayo.ae. Returns must be sent to: B.C. 1305985, C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, UAE.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product is defective, you can return it following our return guidelines.

Return Guidelines

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Request Process

To request a return, contact our support team before sending any item back. Please include the following:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions if the item is eligible.

Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail. The return label is the customer's responsibility.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.

Refund Processing Time

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned product. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@trayo.ae.

Exchanges

We only replace items that were initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, email us at support@trayo.ae. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
